The main driving force of socio-economic development of a country is the working manpower of that country. And the most important part of this manpower is the youth of that country. In the case of a developing country like Bangladesh, involving the youth in the overall socio-economic development of the country is of utmost importance. The national development is largely dependent on the inexhaustible vitality of the youth, creative performance, unwavering enthusiasm, speed like a storm and their enthusiasm and motivation. About one-third of the total population is youth; Which is approximately 50 million, this huge youth force needs to be involved in the overall economic development of the country. To this end, the activities of the department should be expanded to the grassroots level to create more employment and self-employment opportunities at home and abroad. In order to prevent the continuous urbanization of the youth, it is necessary to keep the youth in their position and make them self-reliant by providing loans on very easy terms by training them in various productive subjects. As a result, by receiving job-oriented and product-oriented training, the unemployed youth will be able to provide employment and self-employment for themselves on the one hand, and will also be able to contribute to the national economy on the other.
